Traditional loyalty clubs for the entire casino and resort have replaced many large casino players clubs. These loyalty clubs reward guests with points for all their on-site expenditures. Unlike some casino loyalty programs, such as Caesars Entertainment Total Rewards, B Connected does not provide the opportunity for customers to earn points outside of the casino.
B Connected continues to be an authentic players club exclusively designed for casino enthusiasts, offering rewards solely to players, who are commonly referred to as gamblers. Guests are exclusively rewarded for their gambling expenditures and cannot earn points through expenses in restaurants, spas, or other amenities. Nevertheless, guests have the option to redeem their rewards for FastPlay (Boyd’s version of complimentary play), dining experiences, shopping, or hotel accommodations.
The dining with points discount is one of the top advantages offered to all tier levels at B Connected. By redeeming B Connected Points for food, guests can enjoy a 40 percent savings on the dollar value of their points. The redemption rate for B Connected points is as follows:
To redeem food, 600 B Connected Points are equivalent to $1.00. For FastPlay, 1,000 B Connected Points equal $1.00. And for retail purchases, 1,000 B Connected Points are worth $1.00.
Similar to the majority of player clubs at casinos, B Connected points will expire if there is no activity within a six-month period.

At the onset of each new year, specifically on January 1st, Tier Credits undergo a reset. There are two significant changes in the new B Connected program.
